At Project Phoenix, your growth—physical, emotional, and nutritional—is our purpose. We aim to deliver empowering, customized nutrition guidance that supports your transformation. That said, we understand that life can shift, and flexibility is key.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

You cancel within 48 hours of purchasing a customized nutrition program

You haven’t received your personalized macro/nutrition plan yet

A technical or processing error occurred during payment
🚫 Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not issue refunds if:

Your nutrition plan has already been delivered

You’ve completed one or more coaching sessions or consultations

Refund is requested after 7 days from purchase

You change your mind or choose not to use the plan
